Located here is a new review of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear: Mission Pack: Urban Operations (long name, eh?) The author of this review is Raptor's brother.

Urban Operations Review
What can I say. Rogue Spear is one of the most engrossing and realistic PC games out right now. When a mission pack comes out for it, you hope it actually does improve the game. And, trust me, Urban Ops does not disappoint. It includes five new Urban Ops maps, eight new multiplayer spaces, and, for those Rainbow Six fans, five classic R6 maps. It also has four new weapons: the M249 SAW, the US Army’s new light machine gun, the HK 21E, a powerful light machine gun from HK, the Russian RPD, an old machine gun from World War II, and the AW covert, a silenced sniper rifle. Weapons like these add completely new elements to multiplayer play. The machine guns give teams the opportunity to get covering fire, something difficult to provide in the original Rogue Spear. But one new element, Defend mode, will give even experienced Rogue Spear players a run for their money. In it, you start in a small area with a switch near you. Then you are rushed by dozens of terrorists, who need to flip that switch. It’s your job to stop them, although it’s easier said than done. This mode can keep gamers coming back.

The “Custom Mission” feature gives single-player fans some new options. Now you can choose how many terrorists on the map, from one to fifty. With fifty terrorists, you need to take a full team, even though they will all be killed in a few seconds. Now FPS fans can get a real challenges.

Some people might wonder why it’s called Urban Operations. Well, the title couldn’t have been more aptly chosen. In the new Urban Ops maps, you’re now faced with civilians on the map. This complicates the game even more. In Rogue Spear, the only civilians were hostages on their knees, but now there are people running across you’re field of view while terrorists (who look just like the civilians) shoot at you. Without auto-targeting on it is basically impossible to choose who to shoot and who to pass until you get shot at.

Don’t mistake all this praise for pointing to a perfect mission pack, because Urbans Ops does have faults. The new weapons are not quite as effective as you might imagine: the machine guns are basically impossible to control and the new sniper rifle is not very powerful, since it uses sub-sonic ammunition. The campaign maps are quite imaginative, but there’s only five of them. We deserve more. And the multiplayer- and Custom Mission-only maps probably took an hour to make, except maybe the underwater base, which is very well done but small. Lastly, the Classic R6 maps are still great, but they could’ve been improved for Urban Ops. Oh well.

Overall, the few faults aren’t too annoying, and some new features (like the now-visible ejected shell casings) make this mission pack a good investment for only 20 bucks. If you’re a Rogue Spear fan, go ahead and buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
